1. General information, not legal advice
Website text, checklists, automated replies, summaries and “what to do now” steps are general educational information. They are not a legal opinion tailored to all your facts and should not replace advice from a qualified advocate.
2. No automatic advocate-client relationship
Visiting the website, messaging NyaySetu, submitting information, receiving automated content or paying a booking fee does not by itself create an advocate-client relationship. A professional relationship, if any, begins only when an independent advocate accepts the matter under their applicable engagement and professional obligations.
3. Accuracy, updates and jurisdiction
Laws, rules, procedures, forms, official links and interpretations change. Automated systems can misunderstand context or produce inaccurate material. Information may not apply outside the stated jurisdiction. Verify deadlines and material decisions with the relevant official authority or a qualified advocate.
4. Emergency and time-sensitive matters
NyaySetu is not an emergency or crisis service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In India, dial 112. Do not wait for NyaySetu if the matter involves arrest, imminent violence, a court appearance, a limitation deadline, evidence preservation or another time-sensitive right.
5. Independent professionals
Professionals available through a coordinated consultation exercise independent judgment. Their availability, conflicts checks, advice and conduct are not controlled as legal conclusions by NyaySetu. Verify the professional’s identity and engagement scope. NyaySetu does not guarantee that a particular professional will accept or continue a matter.
6. Third-party platforms and links
WhatsApp, Razorpay, hosting, email and linked government or third-party websites operate under their own terms and controls. A link does not imply endorsement, and NyaySetu cannot guarantee their availability or content. Confirm that a government link is official before submitting data.
7. No outcome guarantee
No information, booking, consultation, document checklist or payment guarantees success, settlement, bail, recovery, compensation or any other legal result. Outcomes depend on evidence, facts, law, procedure, opposing parties and decisions by independent authorities.
