The subject line should include: "Data Deletion Request"
For security and confidentiality purposes, NyaySetu may verify the identity of the requesting individual before processing any deletion request.
Upon successful verification, relevant personal data will be deleted within 7 working days, unless retention is required for compliance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Once deleted, data cannot be restored.
